• Develop and implement overarching sanitation strategies and policies for the entire organization.
• Oversee all sanitation department operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and team management.
• Ensure strict adherence to all national and local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular high-level assessments of sanitation effectiveness and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for cleaning chemicals, equipment, and services.
• Lead and mentor sanitation managers and supervisors, fostering professional growth and accountability.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all staff on sanitation best practices.
• Investigate and resolve complex sanitation issues, implementing effective long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant departmental budgets.
