The Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA) is seeking a strategic, people-centered leader to serve as our Chief People Officer (CPO).   • A comprehensive human capital portfolio: talent acquisition, learning and development, performance and reward, transformation, sustainability, employee experience, and organizational development.
  • Culture evolution: embedding values of integrity, trust, and collaboration across the organization.
  • Strategic alignment: partnering with Exco to shape AGSA’s direction, governance, and risk management.
  • People transformation: enabling leadership maturity, employee wellbeing, and future-fit capabilities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Honours degree (Master’s preferred) in HR or related field.
  • 10+ years in executive human capital leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading transformation and culture change in complex environments.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement.
