Chief Operations Officer - Randburg - Office of the Chief Justice South Africa

The Office of the Chief Justice South Africa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Officer to manage the office of the Judge President at the Gauteng Local Division of the High Court in Johannesburg.

This role requires strong leadership and administrative skills, including management and supervision of support staff, logistical arrangements for meetings, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Manage the office of the Judge President, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for integrated meetings and operations, including travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, analyzing and reporting progress on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • A three-year National Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or relevant equivalent qualification
  • 3-5 years' experience in an office administration environment, with a valid driver's license
