Looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Operations Officer for an established international FinTech based in CPT .

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing relevant strategies and processes that improve operational efficiency and drive company growth whilst mitigating risks.

POSITION INFO :

Minimum requirements :

• Tertiary qualification in Business / / similar related field (MBA degree is advantageous)
• 10+ years of experience at management level and preferably within a similar operations-focused role
• Solid experience and exposure to the FinTech / Payment / Card or similar industry with a strong understanding of its products, regulatory requirements and challenges
• Experience working in African markets is advantageous
