We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across multiple business divisions.

This executive role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering sustainable performance.

Requirements

• Master's level degree (Commerce, Business Management, Engineering, or related field) (NQF Level 9).
• 15 years' relevant experience, including 5 years in senior management and 3 years at executive level.
• Proven track record in leading complex operations, managing multiple divisions, and driving revenue streams.
• Proven track record in infrastructure modernization and managing unionised workforces.
• Experience in managing medium sized organisation turn-around strategies.
• Skilled in transforming operational services into revenue-generating solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA, King Code V and Company's Act protocols.
• cGMP Certification is highly advantageous.
• Senior Strategic Management experience within either highly regulated pharmaceutical, chemical, advanced manufacturing, or energy environments.
