Key Responsibilities

Requirements

15+ years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles, including significant experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent. Demonstrated success in scaling operations for high-growth companies, preferably in a remote or distributed setting. Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Expertise in change management and driving organizational transformation. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputable institution.
