A forward-thinking, rapidly scaling EdTech company is on the hunt for a strategic and driven Chief Operating Officer to join their executive team. After nearly a decade of delivering innovative coding and robotics programs that are transforming education in South Africa, the company is entering a new phase of growth and needs the right leader to drive operational excellence.

As COO, you’ll be the glue that binds together every department, marketing, sales, onboarding, client training, and retention, ensuring a seamless and high-performing operational ecosystem. This role is for someone who thrives on clarity, execution, and results.

What you’ll lead:

• Company-wide operations: Drive alignment and integration across all teams.
• Client retention & success: Build systems that keep clients engaged, supported, and growing with us.
• Process optimization: Evaluate, refine, and elevate every step of the operational workflow.
• Strategic execution: Work hand-in-hand with business development and finance leaders to scale the company smartly and sustainably.
