  • 10+ years proven Operational experience on an executive level

Responsibilities :

  • Directly responsible for managing the primary operational functions across the businesses including Customer service, Customer experience, IT, Projects, Marketing, Service Providers & agents.
  • Proposing and then implementing scalable systems and processes to enable continued rapid growth of the company.
  • The COO will be closely involved in the selling strategy and execution of the business.
  • Working in a close-knit executive team to drive the business performance, customer satisfaction and a winning employee culture.
