Chief Operating Officer - Telecommunications & Distribution

An ambitious and growth-focused organisation within the telecommunications and wholesale distribution industry is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Chief Operating Officer to join its executive leadership team. This role presents a rare opportunity to lead full operational execution, with a potential path of stepping into the CEO role within the next 2 to 3 years.

The business is entering an exciting phase of national expansion and is looking for an operational leader with the strategic foresight and hands-on capability to drive transformation, digitisation, and scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership capability with an ability to manage change, inspire teams, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Relevant business-related tertiary qualification.
