Job description

This position is in the Limpopo Region Polokwane & Surrounding Areas (Venda Louis Trichardt Tzaneen).

A leading fast-casual restaurant brand is looking for a Franchise Manager to oversee operations in the Limpopo region. If you have a passion for franchise management, operational excellence, and driving business growth, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Compliance & Store Visits

  1. Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  2. Monitor store operations and implement best practices for efficiency.
  3. Analyse sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Work closely with franchisees to maximize profitability and revenue growth.

Training & Staff Development

  1. Support store managers in training employees on brand standards, customer service, and operational best practices.
  2. Ensure teams are motivated and aligned with company objectives.

Quality & Customer Experience Audits

  1. Maintain consistency in product quality, service delivery, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
  2. Conduct health & safety compliance checks to ensure stores meet all legal requirements.

Marketing & Promotions Execution

  1. Oversee the implementation of national and regional promotions at store level.
  2. Ensure marketing strategies are effectively executed to drive foot traffic and sales.
  3. Assist in controlling operational costs, managing budgets, and identifying areas to improve profitability.
  4. Support franchisees in loss prevention, security, and risk management.

Store Support & Communication

  1. Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance and solutions for operational challenges.
  2. Report regularly to head office on store performance, challenges, and action plans.

Who Should Apply:

  1. Must be based in Limpopo and familiar with the region.
  2. Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience.
  3. Proven experience in franchise operations, QSR, or retail management.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop store teams.
  5. Excellent financial acumen and understanding of sales reports, budgets, and cost management.
  6. Ability to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
