Chief Operating Officer

A leading and growing renewable energy EPC is looking to appoint a Chief Operations Officer to join their EXCO. This is a key role in developing and implementing scalable operating systems to cater for rapid growth. This person will need to apply a broad focus on EPC, O&M outputs and managing client relations.

This position requires a strategic person with exceptional leadership skills. The person needs to be people and process driven.

Minimum Requirements :

• BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electro-mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with solid experience at EXCO level in an operations role.
• Experience from renewables, construction or manufacturing background
• Experience in quality management systems and best practices
