What You’ll Do

As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll shape and lead a three-year strategic marketing roadmap that drives business growth, elevates brand presence, and boosts national visibility. This is a hands-on leadership role across digital, traditional, content, and communications.

You’ll :

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and business strategy
• Build action plans tied to measurable outcomes
• Use data to drive insights, optimize campaigns, and track performance
• Lead PR, media, and crisis communications with confidence
• Create and align corporate messaging across regions
• Own digital platforms – from website UX to content, SEO, and social media
• Drive innovative student experience campaigns
• Build and lead a high-performing team, along with managing suppliers and agency relationships
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and supplier SLAs effectively
• Represent marketing at executive forums alongside the Group

What You Bring

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory)
• 10+ years of senior-level marketing experience
• A proven track record of achieving measurable marketing outcomes
• Fluency in brand management, digital marketing, ATL/BTL, and strategic planning
• Expertise in PR and crisis communications
• Inspirational leadership skills that align and motivate teams
• A passion for education and a deep understanding of audience engagement in the academic sector
• Experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development roles
