Job Description

We are seeking a strategically grounded Chief Information Technology Officer (CITCO) to develop, implement, and execute an organization-wide IT strategy that supports our growth, optimizes capabilities, and provides a competitive advantage. Responsibilities include digital innovation, modernization, data architecture, and information security, ensuring our investment management oversight and strategic growth are enabled by advanced, scalable systems.

This individual will be a key member of the leadership team, driving innovation and growth by aligning data insights and technology across the business.

Key Result Areas: Strategic Leadership
  • Bridge investment and technology functions to support deal structuring and asset management strategies.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive technology and information strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with the COO and investment leaders to identify opportunities for digital enablement and operational transformation.
  • Align the firm's investment operations with emerging technologies, including cloud and analytics platforms.
  • Guide the adoption of fintech and data platforms to enhance business capabilities.
Technology Oversight
  • Lead enterprise architecture to integrate data pipelines, analytics engines, and investment tools.
  • Oversee systems supporting valuation, credit modeling, reporting, and market data.
  • Ensure platforms are integrated, optimized, and scalable.
  • Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and security initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external integrations.
  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Team & Culture Leadership
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance technology team.
  • Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote innovation while maintaining governance and controls.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • 15+ years in investment and technology, including 3+ years in an executive role.
  • Proven success in leading large technology projects and teams.
  • Experience with financial modeling, workflows, and investment environments.
