This is a leadership role for a forward-thinking professional with deep expertise in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will guide executive teams on cybersecurity strategy, oversee secure technology adoption, and champion a culture of cyber awareness.

With direct influence over high-level decision-making and operational execution, the CISO will safeguard critical systems and data while enabling digital transformation.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
2. 7+ years experience in cybersecurity and IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior security role
3. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP
4. In-depth knowledge of ISO , NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, POPIA, and related frameworks
5. Strong background in cloud security, data protection, and incident response
6. Experience working within financial services or insurance sectors is advantageous

Strategic leadership with strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
