We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, governance, and innovation. This is a pivotal role that partners closely with executive leadership to shape and implement modern, secure, and scalable technology platforms across multiple business units, including Wealth, Insurance, Asset Management, and Distribution.
The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation, lead cross-functional IT teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion information security, all while aligning technology delivery with long-term business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve enterprise platforms across applications, data, technology, and security
- Ensure all platforms are scalable, secure, cloud-ready, and aligned with business goals
- Oversee system, data, and integration alignment across business units
- Lead and embed secure-by-design principles within all technology strategies
- Manage and develop high-performing IT teams with a focus on performance and capability growth
- Govern IT budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization
- Lead risk management, audits, and compliance to regulatory standards
- Oversee platform operations including identity, integration, content, and cloud services
- Maintain vendor relationships and drive platform lifecycle planning and roadmap execution
- Ensure SLAs, support models, and licensing are well-managed and aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with Information Security to ensure platform compliance and audit readiness
- Support DevOps and CI/CD adoption across teams for continuous delivery enablement
- Identify and manage cross-platform dependencies and technical risks

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology management
- Demonstrated success in CIO, CTO, or Head of IT roles within complex environments
