Position Info: Functions

1. Exco Member – Responsible for managing business performance of the Group (IT perspective) against longer-term strategic and regulatory objectives
2. Responsible for Information Technology Strategy and Management
3. Mitigate risk and prepare contingency plans
4. Establish and oversee the budget that enables achievement of the strategic intent of the business
