7. Are you currently in a relationship (spouse, partner or romantic) with any licensed gambling employee or licence holder who is licensed in the Western Cape?
8. Do you, or does any of your family members have any interest in any business or enterprise that may conflict or interfere with the proper performance of your duties as an employee of the Board (if you were to be appointed by the Board), or in any licence issued under the Act;
9. Do you meet the minimum educational requirement for this position?
10. Do you have five years or more of relevant post-qualification experience in a government or parastatal environment, or a gambling-regulatory environment?

12. Have you demonstrated experience in writing clear, accurate and comprehensive reports?
