Chief Financial Officer - CFO

A rapidly expanding company on the scenic Garden Route seeks a qualified and experienced CFO to join its executive board. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in guiding the company's financial direction, vision, and strategy and will play a key part in the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk mitigation
2. Financial planning
3. Operational efficiency improvements
4. Investor and funder relations (including capital raising and due diligence)
5. Comprehensive financial reporting
6. Audit preparation
7. Development and implementation of long-term financial strategy
8. Growth of the finance team

Requirements:

1. 8 years' experience in senior financial leadership
2. Strong grasp of financial risk management, governance, and investor reporting
3. Willing and able to relocate to the Garden Route District
