Seeking a Chief Financial Officer to play a key role in shaping and executing the healthcare insurance industry.

The ideal candidate will translate this strategy into specific business unit goals and develop and implement a fiscal strategy aligned with the Scheme's overall direction.

Additionally, the CFO will provide insightful thought leadership in envisioning future scenarios aligned with the Scheme's operating model and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar
2. Postgraduate qualification in finance/accounting will be an added advantage.
3. Professional registration as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
4. 10 years experience in a Senior Financial Management role
5. 5 years experience as a Finance manager in the medical aid industry
