Your Impact:

Financial Leadership & Oversight

Strategic Partnering

• Act as the CFO voice at the table—supporting the CEO and COO on business strategy, growth planning, and capital structuring
• Drive strategic financial decision-making and contribute to group expansion initiatives
• Provide key financial insights and investor-facing communication

Governance & Risk

• Ensure strong compliance across the group in line with Companies Act, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
• Engage with the Board, funders, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a strong finance team across shared services and divisions
• Build talent, embed a culture of accountability, and support performance at all levels

What We're Looking For:

• CA(SA) with a BCom Honours in Accounting
• Minimum 15 years of post-article experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (FD or equivalent)
• Financial services or advisory experience is advantageous
• Strong reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit experience
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills to lead teams and influence stakeholders
