Responsibilities

• Lead the financial function, driving strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency while managing a high-performing team.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and working capital; ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Act as fiduciary director, provide strategic advice to the Board and CEO, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and enhance financial systems and processes to support the company’s goals.
