Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Chief Financial Officer to join their dynamic team. This role presents a significant opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic financial leadership in a rapidly evolving sector. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic direction of the organization. Your role will involve providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring robust financial management, and contributing to the overall business strategy to support the company's growth and success.

Duties:

• Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Manage and optimize financial performance, including cash flow, investments, and cost control.
• Collaborate with the Board and Executive Committee (Exco) to drive strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years relevant experience within a similar industry (Manufacturing or Retail) and Board / Exco Member experience.
