An established aviation group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This strategic role oversees Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Company Secretarial, and Administration functions across the organisation.

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, with 5–10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen with proven project management and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Expertise in HR, IT, and aviation finance will be advantageous.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy.
• Oversee group-wide IT, HR, procurement, facilities, and revenue accounting.
• Manage capital allocation, treasury, and balance sheet health.
• Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and statutory requirements.
• Direct strategic planning and execution across all functional areas.
• Engage with internal / external stakeholders, auditors, financiers, and lessors.
• Drive policy development and internal controls.
• Report directly to the CEO and the Board.
