Job Description :

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial reporting.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and capital strategy development.
• Oversee compliance with financial standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and key stakeholders.
• Direct procurement and supplier contract strategies to ensure optimal value.
• Monitor foreign currency exposure and recommend risk-mitigation strategies.
• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
• Review and approve tax returns, reconciliations, and financial disclosures.
• Maintain and continuously improve the financial management system.

• Sign off on all financial statements and ensure shareholder transparency.

Qualifications and Experience Required :
