Chief Financial Officer
Reference: ERD-AH-1
Location: East Rand

The salary is negotiable and will depend on the performance and experience of the successful candidate during the interview.

Other benefits include a generous company contribution towards medical aid and pension benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Either an engineering degree or financial background with a business qualification.
2. It is imperative that the successful candidate be confident in business management and financial reporting, including financial policies, procedures, project finance, loan structuring, and internal controls.
3. IT – MS Office Literate: MS Project, Hyperion, ACCPAC, VIP Payroll, ABSA Cash Focus.
4. At least 10 years of experience in a commercial management or general management role combined with the instinct and tenacity to commercially manage an organization.
5. Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
6. Financial management and planning.
