Our client in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join them in Midrand, Gauteng.

The purpose of the CFO role is to strategically position the company for long-term growth and to deliver value to the shareholder.

The CFO will be responsible for the development and implementation of the financial strategy, governance framework, and financial management systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage 17 employees within Finance, IT, Procurement, and Stores departments.

Oversee cash flow, financial reporting, financial operations, governance, and controls.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

7+ years in manufacturing, construction, or defence industries.

Knowledge of IT systems such as Syspro.

Experience managing procurement and warehousing.

Experience managing accounting systems.
