They have moved past the start-up hustle and are now scaling with serious intent — and they need a CFO who’s ready to take ownership of that journey.

POSITION INFO

The Impact You’ll Make

• This isn’t a “keep the lights on” gig. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll :
• Drive the company’s financial strategy and planning across multiple group entities
• Own cash flow, capital structure , and risk management like the financial guardian you are
• Lead all financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and fundraising activities
• Work closely with stakeholders and prepare reporting packs that tell the real story
• Manage a growing finance team — from bookkeepers to finance controllers
• Take full ownership of group consolidations and intercompany transactions
• Prepare quarterly board packs and ensure the board has everything they need to make confident decisions
• Act as custodian of contractual agreements and company secretarial duties
• Ensure full compliance with legal, tax, and governance frameworks in South Africa and beyond

• You’ve managed a finance team and know how to lead with both authority and empathy.
• You’re not just technical — you’re commercially sharp and strategically minded.
• You can confidently present to investors, boards, and banks — and back it all up with clear data.
• You’ve worked in fast-moving environments where agility, accuracy, and action all matter.
