Job description

A leading national healthcare organisation is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and drive organisational excellence.

Key Requirements

• Medical qualification (MBChB or equivalent, NQF 8) with active professional registration; or
• Postgraduate qualification in Public Health (NQF 9); or
• Postgraduate qualification in a health-related discipline (NQF 9).
• Postgraduate business qualification (NQF 9).
• Minimum 15 years' management experience, preferably within a healthcare environment or public entity of similar complexity.
• At least 10 years at senior management level and 5 years at executive level.
• Extensive public sector and/or Schedule 3A Public Entity leadership experience.
