This role encompasses planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support the group's business development and sales and marketing strategy.
Enhance and develop the commercial strategy for the group.
Drive the development of markets and territories in South Africa and the broader SADC region.
Develop and implement new product offerings across the group companies.
Conduct market research and ongoing environmental scanning to ensure the relevance of the group to market needs.
Monitor commercial activities to drive group sustainability.

Commercial Degree and/or Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in management/similar.
10-15 years experience in a Financial Services or Asset Management Finance environment.
Excellent understanding of Commercial, Sales, and Marketing within an asset-based finance banking environment.
Sound business acumen.
Strong analytical skills.
Sound understanding and application of business technologies.
Presentation and business communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills (advanced Excel).
Strong working knowledge of funding markets.
Wide base of existing OEM and industry relationships.
