Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Support R&D teams in scaling up new chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and commercial scales.
• Design and conduct pilot plant experiments, analyze results, and recommend process modifications.
• Develop and optimize process parameters to improve yield, purity, and efficiency.
• Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for new and existing processes.
• Troubleshoot process issues encountered during scale-up and production phases.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new process technologies and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to ensure successful process implementation.
• Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
