Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical plant operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L in a manufacturing environment in Polokwane.
