Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Chemical Plant Engineer to focus on reliability and maintenance for their operations in Centurion, Gauteng, ZA. This critical role ensures the optimal performance and longevity of chemical processing equipment and systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive maintenance strategies, analyzing equipment failures, and driving initiatives to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime. This is a hands‑on position requiring strong technical expertise and a practical understanding of chemical plant operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at root cause analysis, predictive maintenance technologies, and preventative maintenance planning. You will work closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules, thereby maximizing operational efficiency and safety. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our client's production output and facility integrity.

Key Responsibilities
