Qualifications

• 10+ years in chemical manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering; MBA or Master's preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of chemical plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations , environmental standards, and quality management systems.
• Manage the operational budget, controlling expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plant supervisors and operators.

Requirements
