Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in R&D, process development, or a related technical role.
• Proven experience in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific reporting.
• Familiarity with laboratory techniques and pilot plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental chemical engineering principles and thermodynamics.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Conduct laboratory experiments to explore new chemical reactions, formulations, and process technologies.
• Design and execute pilot plant studies to validate process feasibility and gather scale-up data.
