You will work with the production team to resolve operational challenges, optimize yields, and maintain product quality, splitting time between on-site problem-solving and remote analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering with at least 4 years in production or process engineering, applies SPC and quality systems, and communicates effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production or process engineering role.
• Solid understanding of chemical plant operations and equipment.
• Experience with SPC and quality management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production department, addressing process deviations and quality issues.
