Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in petrochemical process engineering.
• Strong understanding of unit operations (distillation, cracking, reforming).
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) principles and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize petrochemical processes for yield, energy efficiency, and product quality.
• Develop and implement process improvements, including equipment changes.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot deviations, and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and research teams.
