Job Role

We are seeking Chef Managers to lead our school catering teams in the Wandsworth area. The role involves providing catering services, managing the team, maintaining stock control, planning menus, and handling additional hospitality requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven craft and management skills
• Passion for fresh food
• Experience in client liaison
• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent (preferred)
