Job Position: Chef / Executive Housekeeper
Ref: 5039
Location: PE/Gqeberha (Lovemore Park)
Salary: R10 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4.30 PM

Seeking an experienced individual to prepare hearty, traditional English meals and manage the housekeeping staff

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Must be able to prepare classic Yorkshire pudding and a good cup of tea
• Prepare nutritional, hearty English meals suitable for a diabetic (breakfast and dinner)
• Understanding of the nutritional requirements of a diabetic
• Hands-on experience with meal preparation from planning, ingredient sourcing and preparation of meals
• Oversight and management of the Housekeepers duties for the main house and two cottages on the property
• Strong focus on hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, general order and structure
• Full responsibility on grocery list preparation
• Ability to effectively manage housekeeping staff and ad-hoc duties
