Berry Recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting temp bank Chefs to assist our clients supported living units in Peckham and Catford. As a Chef in their small-scale kitchen, you will play a crucial role in preparing nutritious meals for their residents.

The are shifts starting as early as this week so please get in touch if you are interested.

Working schedule: Days will vary as and when the business needs. Hours will be 8am - 6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to dietary requirements and preferences for residents.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and taste.
• Cleaning the kitchen, washing up, taking the bins out. (you will be working independently)
• Unloading food deliveries (only on certain days)
• In rare instances you will be required to serve the food to the residents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Chef, preferably in a similar environment.
• Must possess Chef blacks and whites.
• Enhanced DBS on update service is required. (If you are willing to do a DBS we can process this for you at a cost of £48)
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Creative and adaptable.

Days will vary as and when the business needs. Hours will always be 8am - 6pm.
