A catering services company in Vrystaat is seeking an experienced Chef to manage food production activities. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in culinary arts and at least five years of kitchen management experience. Key responsibilities include menu development and ensuring budget adherence. Strong financial acumen is essential for this role.
The Main Purpose of the job:
To develop and plan menus, establish recipes and food purchase specifications, coordinate, execute, supervise, and evaluate all the food production activities of a fast-paced operation. The Chef will assist in the management of strategic and day-to-day operations.
