Calibrate People in South Africa is seeking a Chartered Accountant – Consultant to move beyond audit and explore consulting.

You’ll apply audit-earned insight to analyse business problems, build dashboards and define requirements across departments, helping teams make better decisions.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification or final year SAICA articles.
• ITC and APC passed.
• Audit experience, ideally within financial services.
• Understanding of banking and/or insurance.
• Curiosity about business beyond the numbers.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills and technologies.
• Strong communication skills that explain thinking clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

• A willingness to learn new technical skills and technologies.
• Strong communication skills - you can explain your thinking without making everyone reach for a calculator.
