About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant (0–3 years post-qualified experience) to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team. You’ll work directly with clients, dig into real financial data, and make a genuine impact—while enjoying the freedom to work from anywhere.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Preparing financial statements from cashbooks and trial balances
2. Processing journals, accruals, and prepayments
3. Interpreting legal documents (like leases) to extract key financial insights
4. Communicating with clients via email and video to clarify financial matters
5. Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative team environment
6. Applying professional skepticism and sound judgment to financial data
7. Embracing tech tools to drive efficiency in your workflow

What We’re Looking For

1. A recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ideally with audit and/or accounts prep experience during your training
2. Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
3. Highly tech-savvy—comfortable with cloud accounting tools like Xero
4. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
5. Confident in reading and understanding legal and financial documents
6. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
7. Proactive, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to do things
