Job summary

NMS Insurance Services (NMSIS) is a specialist microinsurance business operating within South Africa's MultiChoice ecosystem. The Channel and Operations Enablement Lead will own the operational performance of customer channels, platforms, servicing environments, and enablement capabilities across the NMSIS ecosystem.

You will ensure capabilities are embedded into BAU, standardised across channels, governed, and monitored against SLA, risk, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years in operations or channel management roles.
• Experience in financial services or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance across channel-enabled journeys and platform-supported services.
• Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs across channels, platforms, and partners.
• Embed processes, SOPs, and governance across all channels and partners.
• Oversee operational readiness before launch and stabilisation after launch.
• Drive continuous improvement based on performance, customer outcomes, and learning.
