About The Role
To prepare Business Bank for change and leads and guides Business Bank through the change as the implementer of change, proactively understanding and managing the impact of change on people. To achieve staff/user adoption of new products, systems, tools and processes as well as to drive a change in behaviour across Business Bank to align with the Capitec way of work, CEO, and achieve consistency in client experience at scale. Play a lead role in the launch of new products and features as well as the growth of Capitec Business

Minimum Experience
- 8 + yrs extensive experience as a change manager, with proven track-record in implementing change programs in large organisations in virtual and onsite team contexts
- Working and delivering in a high-performance delivery environment
- Proven experience of building relationships at all levels
- Change management execution through operational line management
Ideal
Experience in change management in an Agile environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Change Management
