About the role:To prepare Business Bank for change and leads and guides Business Bank through the change as the implementer of change, proactively understanding and managing the impact of change on people. To achieve staff/user adoption of new products, systems, tools and processes as well as to drive a change in behaviour across Business Bank to align with the Capitec way of work, CEO, and achieve consistency in client experience at scale. Play a lead role in the launch of new products and features as well as the growth of Capitec Business
