• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support SAP project success.
• Partner with product owners to ensure seamless change execution throughout the delivery journey.
• Create and manage a detailed change plan, including communication, training, and engagement activities aligned with the project roadmap.
• Provide best practice guidance for change implementation and adoption.
• Perform post-implementation assessments to measure effectiveness and sustainability.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in change management within SAP projects.
• Expertise in managing change for SAP solutions, including:
• SAP Group Reporting
• SAP Group Reporting Data Collection
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Master Data Management
• SAP PAPM
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and executing change strategies within SAP environments.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP certifications (advantageous).
