Specifically, the Change Manager is responsible for : Developing and executing change management strategies aligned with digital transformation goals, including enterprise system implementations, automation, and process redesignConducting impact assessments to understand how changes affect roles, processes, and structuresBuilding and implementing communication and engagement plans to foster stakeholder alignment and supportDeveloping training strategies and content to ensure capability building and user adoptionEstablishing feedback mechanisms and change readiness assessments to guide interventionsCollaborating with project owners to integrate change activities into overall project plansMonitoring, measuring, and reporting on change adoption and effectiveness through KPIs and stakeholder feedbackCoaching senior leaders and managers to help them fulfill their change leadership rolesMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communication, or other related field (post graduate degree preferred)5+ years experience in organizational change management, preferably within digital transformation programsExperience working in cross-functional project environments (Agile, Lean, or Waterfall methodologies)Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, APMG)Skills, And CharacteristicsDeep understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologiesStrong business acumen and understanding of digital technologiesExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skillsData-driven mindset with experience in measuring change outcomesStrong interpersonal and coaching skillsStrategic thinkingEmpathy and emotional intelligenceResilience and flexibilityInfluencing and negotiationProblem solvingLeadership without authoritySuccess indicatorsHigh levels of adoption and usage of new tools and processesReduction in resistance and increased user satisfactionImproved business performance related to digital initiativesPositive stakeholder feedback and team engagement scoresWe believe that a diverse workforce is a key to our business success.
