Management Consulting Professional | Workforce & Organisation Enablement Specialist

One of our clients is a Manufacturer who supplies equipment and machinery to mining industry clients (local and global). Ventura Smiths is supporting the client on multiple Business and Digital Transformation initiatives, including:

  1. Standardising processes
  2. Implementing new technology
  3. Culture and values refresh

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our project and team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Change Impact Assessments across strategic initiatives
  2. Perform a Stakeholder Analysis
  3. Develop Change Management, Communication and Training plans
  4. Setup a Change Management Centre of Excellence to support the Transformation Project Management Office to mitigate change impacts across all projects
  5. Work with the Clients Executive Leadership team to define and cascade the refreshed culture, values and vision

Note: You will be part of a larger consulting team and reporting directly into both the Client executive team, plus the PMO. The client is located in the North West Province (Potchefstroom).

We are seeking a consultant located in the greater Johannesburg area, and willing to be located at the client up to 3 days per week.

Experience:
  1. At least 6 years experience delivering and leading Change Management in support of strategic projects
  2. Relevant tertiary qualification
  3. Experience in consulting and professional service environments will be advantageous
Contract:

6 Months (with renewal option). Immediate start

Location:

Johannesburg (with expectation to be in Potchefstroom 3 days per week).

Rate:

Senior (in line with experience)
