Assess and plan change interventions for tier 1 group systems project implementations
Identify training and project communication needs
Manage the analysis, design, and development of training and performance support materials.
Define and execute a Communications Plan to effectively disseminate key messages and align them with the changing business context.
Apply a structured methodology and contribute to change management activities, developing strategies to drive adoption of the changes required by the project.
Ensure effective implementation of the change and training plan through effective collaboration with the trainers and other stakeholders in IT and business
Produce detailed reports and documentation to support the change management process.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant tertiary qualification
Knowledge of the TFG's ADKAR change methodology
At least 5 years of experience in Change Management processes and procedures
Prior experience in systems project implementation.
