What you'll be doing(and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll lead the change management effort for a multi-campus technology rolloutfocused on smart classroom environments. From conducting stakeholderassessments and readiness analyses to developing structured change controlprocesses, your work will ensure seamless adoption across academic andtechnical teams. You'll design and implement training programmes, coordinatecommunications, report on adoption progress, and mitigate resistance risks-allwhile aligning with a formal waterfall methodology and working closely withsenior leadership.

What you'll need
You hold a degree in Change Management, Education Technology, ICT, or a relatedfield, paired with at least five years' experience in large-scale, tech-drivenchange projects. You're confident in using methodologies like ADKAR, Prosci, orKotter, and ideally have experience in the higher education sector. A ChangeManagement certification is essential, along with a track record infacilitating training and stakeholder engagement. Experience with smartclassrooms or 4IR technologies will be a distinct advantage.
